Werner Schielek has been active as a lawyer since 1981. He advises and represents the interests of enterprises from the fields of information technology, trade, financial services, transport and real property as an experienced partner with a focus on company, labour and contract law.
As notary public, he is involved in the formation of enterprises, shareholders' and general meetings, transfers of companies and shares, transformations, company contracts as well as contracts on the purchase and sale of real property. He officially records in German and English.
He acquired special knowledge of European law within the framework of a practical training at the Commission of the European Communities in Brussels. He has acquired the academic degree of a Master of Laws in International and Comparative Law (LL.M.) of the free University of Brussels.
