Ingo Kolms studied law at the University of Potsdam. Afterwards he completed the course of study "Corporate and Tax Law" there with a Master of Laws (LL.M.).
Mr. Kolms spent his legal clerkship in the legal department of a Stuttgart-based automobile manufacturer with a focus on contract law/ contract drafting and in a commercial law firm in Montréal, Canada, with a focus on Real Estate Law. After his admission to the bar, Mr. Kolms worked for a real estate law firm in Berlin from 2015 to 2018. At the end of 2018 Ingo Kolms joined our Berlin office.
Mr. Kolms advises and represents you in all matters of Public Construction Law, out of court and in Public Construction Law proceedings before authorities and administrative courts. Further areas of focus are Private Construction Law, Property Development, Residential Property Law, Neighbour Law. Ingo Kolms especially represents builder-owners, owners, owner corporations and enterprises.
Mr. Kolms publishes articles on current and practice-oriented topics and legal issues in Construction and Real Estate Law on a regular basis, including in the professional journal of a federal association of real estate managers. Mr. Kolms also gives specialist lectures and (in-house) trainings.
